In 2006 I obtained my ministerial diploma ( 3 year program, Brewer Bible College). However, due to some life changes and different circumstances I shifted my career focus and moved into business sales. I have a strong passion to continue my work with not-for-profit organizations and I find opportunities to do this through volunteer work in the community.

I am currently employed as a sales and communication leader with 6+ years in sales and 10+ in communications and customer relations. Since focusing on sales I have continued to increase my skill set and understand my responsibilities in various positions and markets. I am seeking a long term Career that is challenging, rewarding and at the same time enhancing my knowledge and skills in order to better myself and the organization that I work for.

I always take my responsibilities seriously and would go above and beyond my set of duties to ensure the best systems are in place to allow the company to function efficiently as possible. My very nature allows me the ability to deal with pressure and multi-task with a positive and flexible attitude

How do you get people to buy what you are selling? You build relationships, establishing trust and listening to their needs. Many people can grab a ‘one time sale’ but its building the relationship with clientele that leads to long-term patronage and word-of-mouth recommendations. Too often sales representatives focus on the immediate sale rather than building this long standing relationship. I always follow through on calls and correspondence to ensure that the client feels important and confident that whatever issue may arise, I am there to assist them.

 What am I looking for?

I am looking for a career move that provides challenges and professional growth on a daily basis while offering personal growth, and the ability to work with clients bringing them satisfaction. I possess a willingness to learn and gain new understandings. I would welcome the opportunity to work in an organization that promotes a team environment but also allows the latitude to work independently
